This small peaceful campsite is situated close to the market town of Pocklington on the edge of the Wolds, and on " The Way Of The Roses Cycle Route."  With good links to York, Beverley and Hull.  The coastal seaside resorts of Scarborough,Bridlington and Filey are less than an hour away.

 

 

Situated in a prime location within the town of Pocklington on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds and only a short journey from the historical city of York, The Feathers Hotel is perfectly situated for exploring much of the Yorkshire countryside.  A friendly welcome from both our locals and our hospitable staff will greet you when you arrive. After checking in to either our traditional rooms within the hotel itself or the chalets bordering the hotel, why not relax in our sizeable bar or lounge.  

Kay and David have run Ashfield Farmhouse bed and breakfast for the last twenty years and have welcomed guests from all corners of the world.  All our rooms are en-suite and have a television, tea and coffee making facilities, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer as well as comfortable beds in each room.  Our B&B is on the very edge of Pocklington and enjoys a lovely, peaceful location - perfect for a good night's sleep.  We are happy to be able to offer double, twin bedded and family rooms with the added security of bike storage, for anybody cycling "The Way of the Roses cycle route."

The Mohair Farm is visit Britain 4 star bed and breakfast situated between York and the attractive market town of Pocklington. It is set in mature gardens.  A wild flower meadow and perennial meadow is slowly being developed to the front of the house.  All rooms are en-suite or have private bathrooms, colour tv, radio alarms, tea and coffee making facilities.  Full English or continental breakfast served in the breakfast room or garden pergola.  Cyclists are very welcome, and secure bike storage is provided and a private car park. It is now possible to walk to the Big Steer Inn along a short farm track.
