In 1986, Italian brothers Mario & Fermino diSilvestro had a vision to bring the authentic flavors of their homeland and upbringing in Pianella, Abruzzo to the UK. Thus, they established Valentino's, following their successful venture with the fine dining restaurant Number 6 in Harrogate. Today, Valentino's continues to provide a truly authentic Italian dining experience, owned and managed by a team of passionate individuals who have trained under Fermino for many years. Rick, who began his culinary journey as an apprentice at the young age of 15, now runs the restaurant alongside Danny and Pablo.
